CENAPS Corporation Education Committee has implemented a cancellation policy for continuing education classes. In order to encourage prompt registration and attendance at a class for which a registration form has been submitted the cancellation and refund policy for CENAPS continuing education classes will be as follows effective March 1, 2007. In booking meeting facilities CENAPS must guarantee the number of participants and reserve a room appropriate in size. When students register late, or register and don't attend the class, additional cost associated with changing rooms, overnight shipping of books, and cancellation penalties for classes are incurred, resulting in increased costs for future classes. By following the cancellation/refund policy, the costs for classes will be more fairly distributed among those who register promptly and attend the class. Cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked no later than 15 days prior to  the start of the workshop. A $325.00 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. In order to accommodate participants with special needs we request a 4 week notification prior to the event.
